Welcome to Stroke.Rehab and Brain Rehab Research Ltd. These Terms of Sales govern your purchase and use of our services. By purchasing a subscription or any product or service from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

1.1. Subscriptions and products are available for purchase exclusively through our website or authorized channels.

1.2. Prices, offerings, and terms are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Subscription Terms

2.1. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as specified during the purchase process.

2.2. You may terminate your subscription after a minimum commitment of one year. Termination requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.

2.3. Temporary Subscription Suspension:

We understand that unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances may arise, such as long-term illness, loss of income, or other dire circumstances. In such cases, you may request a temporary suspension of your subscription. Requests must be substantiated with appropriate documentation. Each case will be evaluated individually, and approval will be at the sole discretion of Stroke.Rehab and Brain Rehab Research Ltd.

3. Training Eligibility

3.1. Access to intensive training sessions is subject to eligibility criteria. Customers must pay for four consecutive monthly subscriptions before becoming eligible for intensive training programs. This requirement ensures adequate preparation and consistent engagement.

3.2. Missed payments or cancellations will not count toward the eligibility requirement unless specifically excused and rescheduled within the terms outlined by Stroke.Rehab and Brain Rehab Research Ltd.

4. Refunds, Credits, and Cancellation Policy

4.1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason. If you exercise this right within the 14-day period, you will receive a full refund of the funds paid, using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, within fourteen (14) days of our receipt of your withdrawal request. If, with your express consent, services have already commenced during the withdrawal period, we may deduct an amount proportionate to the services provided up to the moment of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent.

4.2. Credits Toward Future Trainings: After the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, any refund granted by Stroke.Rehab and Brain Rehab Research Ltd. — whether relating to discounted offers, promotional offers, or regular-priced offers, products, subscriptions, or services — will be issued exclusively in the form of a credit toward future trainings. Credits are applied under the same conditions as originally agreed at the time of the initial purchase, including any discounted rate, program scope, and eligibility terms applicable to that purchase.

4.3. Credit Validity: Customers are entitled to use issued credits for a period of twelve (12) months from the date the credit is issued. Credits not redeemed within this 12-month period will expire without compensation, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

4.4. No Cash Refunds After the Withdrawal Period: Outside the 14-day withdrawal period, credits are not redeemable, exchangeable, or convertible into cash or any other form of monetary reimbursement, except where a cash refund is required by applicable law.

4.5. Filing a Withdrawal, Refund, or Credit Request: All withdrawal, refund, and credit requests must be officially filed in writing. Requests may be submitted:

Requests should include the customer's full name, the product or service purchased, the date of purchase, proof of payment, and the reason for the request. Withdrawal requests under clause 4.1 filed within the 14-day period will be honored in accordance with applicable law; all other requests will be evaluated individually, and approval is at the sole discretion of Stroke.Rehab and Brain Rehab Research Ltd., subject to applicable law.

4.6. Personal Use of Credits: Credits are personal to the original purchaser and may not be transferred, sold, or shared without our prior written consent.

4.7. Unused Portions: Outside the 14-day withdrawal period, no refunds or credits will be provided for unused portions of a subscription unless required by applicable law.

5. Usage of Services

5.1. Services are for personal use only and may not be transferred or shared without prior consent.

5.2. Any misuse or violation of the terms may result in suspension or termination of services without a refund or credit.
