What can you expect?

- 5-6 hours of daily therapy and exercises

- One-on-one or two-on-one guidance from our specialized trainers
- Is seven days enough? Yes, it is. Most of our clients have breakthroughs even after five days. To ensure continued progression, it is essential to realize that we provide tailored home training for that purpose. Anyone attending the intensive training program will receive pre-and-post video training and free follow-up online guidance if required.
